What is a coffee party?
A coffee party is an informal gathering of your friends and acquaintances that you’ve brought together to talk about Martha Hall Findlay in her bid for the Leadership of the Liberal Party of Canada. They’re simple, fun and effective ways of talking about why you support Martha, what issues are important to you and your friends and what’s important for the future of Canada, all in a very informal, comfortable and non-threatening environment. They are a great way to get people engaged with our candidate.
Why host a coffee party?
The most effective way to get someone to vote for Martha is to reach out to them directly and engage them as a friend, a neighbour or as a co-worker. The media coverage, the horse race, the polls are all way less meaningful than the personal touch that you can bring to the table.
OK, what do I have to do?
Hosting a coffee party is easier than it sounds. Once you register to Host a Coffee Party we will get in touch with you, send you the step-by-step Coffee Party Kits that we have available and work to have one of Martha’s local Ambassadors attend your coffee party.
